HomeLYNQ News
HomeLYNQ is expanding its real estate education, training and professional networking resources, strengthening its mission to create a community where professionals, investors, entrepreneurs and individuals interested in real estate can learn, grow and build meaningful connections.
Based in Houston and led by CEO Josh Lyons and Founder Mark Guerra, HomeLYNQ brings together real estate education, business strategy, leadership development, personal growth and relationship-building within a single community.
Expanding Education, Training and Professional Connections
HomeLYNQ’s growing programming includes educational experiences, live and virtual events, business-focused training, masterminds and access to its Professional Network.
The goal is to support people at different stages of their real estate journey, from those beginning to explore the industry to experienced investors and professionals looking to continue developing their knowledge and network.
This approach reflects a broader vision of real estate education: learning not only from information, but also from experienced professionals, shared experiences and authentic relationships across the real estate and business communities.
HomeLYNQ’s educational model is built around three principles: Learn, Grow and Connect.
Its programs explore areas such as real estate strategy and investing, business development, leadership, financial awareness, personal development and professional relationship-building.
Building Opportunity Through Relationships
The HomeLYNQ philosophy is rooted in the idea that strong professional relationships can create new opportunities for learning, collaboration and growth.
The company’s name reflects that philosophy through the concept “Leverage Your Network Quickly.” Rather than treating networking as a separate activity, HomeLYNQ integrates relationship-building directly into its educational and professional experiences.
Its Professional Network extends that model by connecting members with professionals from real estate and related industries for education, introductions and collaboration.
“At HomeLYNQ, we believe relationships create opportunities.”
— Josh Lyons, CEO of HomeLYNQ
Experience Behind the HomeLYNQ Leadership
HomeLYNQ’s direction is shaped by the complementary experience of Josh Lyons and Mark Guerra.
Before his leadership role at HomeLYNQ, Lyons worked in corporate investigations and due diligence while also building decades of personal experience and interest in real estate. His background includes exposure to short-term and traditional rentals, commercial real estate, homeowner financing, lending and other investments.
Guerra brings more than 30 years of real estate investing experience. After developing his career through hands-on investing, he began sharing that experience through small-group real estate masterminds.
Their professional relationship developed around a shared interest in real estate education, personal growth and community. That combination ultimately helped shape HomeLYNQ into a broader platform connecting real estate strategy, business education and professional relationships.
Looking Ahead
As the HomeLYNQ community continues to develop, the organization plans to expand its educational programming, live and virtual experiences and professional resources while maintaining its focus on practical education, personal development and meaningful industry relationships.
The expansion reinforces HomeLYNQ’s broader objective: creating an environment where people can strengthen their knowledge, connect with others in the industry and gain access to resources that support their long-term growth.
